Generally speaking “Not building per model or design” is a result of layout error. The trades do not know where to place hangers and piping. Using industry metrology equipment with a secure closed network we transfer lightweight coordinate & photo data to stakeholders. We capture specific route or connection area details with targeted hand scanners (Structured light and LIDAR). Layout coordinates with description can be emailed to field for location directly from trade contractor. We can provide a feedback loop linking field conditions to designer and trade.
