MARSOC Headquarters
The largest structure a two story 89,000 SF Head Quarters building is a very tightly integrated building containing Office space, high security space, Auditorium, medical facilities, and lots of high technology infrastructure. The challenge we faced with this structure was the lack of space in which to place the MEP & Fire and all other required systems. As designed the none of the systems would not have been constructable per the Architectural specifications.
