Supply A 73,000 SF Supply warehouse is a hybrid Steelside building was a considered by the client to be a fairly simply building to coordinate and construct. After we prepared a 3D coordination model of the MEP, Fire and other systems we again found it was impossible to construct per the original design. The Mechanical systems were redesigned to fit into the building spaces provided. We also modified the foundation reinforcing to force concrete slab cracking at the control joints for a more polished looking floor.
